Delete Account

1. Delete your MyYard account in the app
If you created an account in MyYard, you can request deletion directly inside the app by going to:
Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing the deletion request.
2. Request account deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at code42plus@gmail.com with the subject line MyYard Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account.
We may request additional information to confirm that you are the account owner before processing deletion.
3. What happens after deletion
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion from our active systems.
- Associated personal data and project content will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required by law or permitted for legitimate business purposes.
- Certain limited records, such as fraud prevention, security logs, transactional records, subscription records, tax records, or legal compliance records, may be retained as required or permitted by law.
4. Important note about subscriptions
Deleting your MyYard account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. If you subscribed to the 7-day subscription (currently US$6.99) or the yearly subscription (currently US$49.99) through Apple, you should cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings before or after requesting deletion, depending on your billing preferences.
