Payment Terms

1. Overview
These Payment Terms describe how paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases for MyYard may be billed and managed. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms and billing rules.
2. Current Subscription Plans
- 7-Day Subscription: currently priced at US$6.99 for a 7-day billing period.
- Yearly Subscription: currently priced at US$49.99 for a 1-year billing period.
Subscription prices may vary by country or region, local currency, taxes, App Store pricing tiers, and promotional offers. The final price shown in the App Store purchase flow at the time of purchase controls.
3. Subscriptions and Paid Features
- MyYard may offer one-time purchases, subscription plans, or premium features.
- Specific prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
- For App Store purchases, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Access to premium features may end if payment is not successfully completed or if the subscription expires or is canceled.
4. Renewal, Cancellation, and Subscription Management
- Subscriptions purchased through Apple may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price applicable to that subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings and App Store subscription management tools.
- Deleting your MyYard account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You remain responsible for managing cancellation through Apple if needed.
5. Refunds
For purchases made through Apple, refunds are generally handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies and procedures. We cannot guarantee refunds for App Store purchases and may not be able to directly issue them when Apple acts as the payment processor.
6. Pricing and Changes
We may change pricing, features, packaging, or the availability of subscription plans from time to time. Any changes will be presented in the app or storefront before you complete a new purchase or renewal where required.
