1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyYard and related services provided by CODE 42 LIMITED.
By downloading, accessing, or using MyYard, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws and be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it reasonably up to date.
- You must not use MyYard for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive conduct.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- MyYard may offer paid subscriptions, including a 7-day subscription currently priced at US$6.99 and a yearly subscription currently priced at US$49.99. Prices may vary by region, currency, tax, promotional offer, or platform rules.
- Where offered through the Apple App Store, subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price applicable to that subscription unless you cancel.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Deleting your MyYard account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
5. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, CODE 42 LIMITED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to use MyYard for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CODE 42 LIMITED and its licensors.
6. User Content and Outputs
- You retain rights you may have in content you upload, such as yard photos and project inputs, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve MyYard.
- Design suggestions, plant guidance, and care information are provided for informational purposes and may require your own independent judgment before implementation.
7. Disclaimers
MyYard provides planning assistance, informational guidance, and creative outputs. We do not guarantee that any design,
plant choice, or care recommendation will be suitable, complete, or successful in your specific environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MyYard if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms,
created risk for the service or others, or where required by law.
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app settings or our Delete Account page.
